A dog caused a road accident at 18:45 pm on Tuesday, May 24 at Notre Dame, near Montagne Longue.

A motorcyclist, aged between 25 and 30 years, who was traveling the region made a heavy fall after hitting a dog. The man ended up on the asphalt with multiple injuries.

Samu was mended on site to provide first aid to the motorcyclist, who was then taken to the SSRN Hospital.

A resident of Montagne Longue regrets the fact that there are too many stray dogs where the accident occurred.

The place is poorly lit, according to the resident: “I appeal to the authorities to take the necessary steps to improve road safety in that region.”
