The body of a resident of Trou d’Eau Douce was found in the lagoon in Palmar on Saturday, May 21.
He went fishing at Palmar to make the most out of his day on Saturday, May 21. But Louis Claude Romeo, a resident of Trou d’Eau Douce, aged 63, reportedly fell and would have been in trouble in the water. His body was recovered by elements of the National Coast Guard of the region, at around 5 PM.
According to reports, the sexagenarian was wearing flippers when his body was found. No foul play thesis is mentioned at this stage of the investigation that has been opened by the police of Trou d’Eau Douce.
